Currently holding the position as lead Broker In Charge for Oceanfront Sotheby’s International Realty, Jenai is a second-generation Realtor and has been active in Hawai'i real estate and construction management for over 16 years. Jenai offers her clientele a uniquely specialized knowledge of the market, the building industry and Hawai’i. She’s dedicated to exceeding expectations throughout the detailed process of buying & selling real estate, guiding her clients with clarity, respect, and loyalty.
Originally from Northern California, Jenai graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa on O’ahu with a degree in Psychology as a collegiate athlete. Jenai possesses a wealth of knowledge regarding Hawai’i’s condominium projects and processes, having managed the sales and closings of new multi-unit developments in Oahu’s vibrant urban neighborhood of Kaka’ako, featuring Hawai’i HHFDC Affordable and HCDA Reserved Housing residences. She is deeply dedicated to working towards more affordable housing initiatives for the residents of Hawai’i.
Jenai volunteers as a Director with the Kauai County Board of Realtors and is a graduate of the Hawaii Association of Realtors Leadership Academy (HARLA). She has previously volunteered with SCORE Hawaii, Kauai County’s Committee on the Status of Women, the Honolulu NAWIC Chapter Scholarship Foundation, and served as a girl’s high school water polo coach on the island of O'ahu for 6+ years.
